Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy – For Items Purchased On-line

We take pride in the products and services offered through our website. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product or service you have purchased through our website, we
have set up the following guidelines:

• You may return purchases made from our website within 30 days of receipt of your order for any reason.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• We will refund your credit card or PayPal account for the purchase amount less shipping and handling within 14 business days of receipt of your return. You are responsible for all return shipping charges.

• Merchandise returned must be in new condition and in its original packaging.

• Merchandise is not returnable if it has been used.

• If you desire a product exchange, please notify us at admin@annetterugolo.com and we will be happy to offer you an exchange.

Returning an Item Purchased On-line via Mail:

• You do not need to contact us prior to sending us a return.

• All returns should include a copy of the packing slip that was enclosed with the original shipment with the requested information completed. This will expedite your return.

• We strongly recommend requesting a tracking number when shipping returned items.

• When returning items by mail, we are not responsible for packages lost or delayed in return shipping.

Requesting a Refund for Seminars and Teleseminars:

• All payments for seminars are refundable within 72 hours prior to a seminar unless an emergency situation arises.

• Payments for online course are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with the results of any of the above items, we will be happy to provide you with an exchange for another product or service.
