December can be a time of joy but with the stress of the holidays, many may feel a disconnect from the joy in their lives. We search for it and try to create it but sometimes without much success.
The aspect of light we’re going to look at today is the aspect of Joy. When we fill ourselves with the light of Joy, we begin to attract it into our lives, without much effort.
This is one of the aspects I felt very disconnected from when I first learned about the 24 Quantum Colors. It was at a time in my life where I was taking things very seriously and felt I could not be joyful with so many terrible things happening in the world.
What I learned over time is that we need to stay connected with Joy as it uplifts not only ourselves but those around us. It begins creating hope for the future and we begin seeing and doing things in our life that brings us joy.
Listening to the meditation below will begin to bring the vibration of Joy into your life. As you do, you will begin to feel and express your joy with more ease. As you continue to fill yourself with joy, you will be able to uplift people around you, as well.
Doing this meditation for at least three days will:
- Activate joy and release sadness
- Help you regain joy when feeling depressed or sad
- Help you find humor in stressful situations
- Support you in celebrating your accomplishments and achievements
- Help you see and celebrate your own value
